“Hello! I am extremely satisfied with my stay at the Days Inn, Fort Drum. The clerk checked me in promptly & he was courteous. He listened to my concern about a quiet room, near the back door to get some sleep & exit in the early morning; and he changed my room to a more mutual satisfaction. I greatly appreciate such wonderful customer service for a frequent traveler. I have stayed here before & I will definitely be back again! Thank you for excellent customer service!---Rebecca”

“I was greeted and assisted as soon as my car was parked, by the manager, he was kind and very helpful getting me settled with instructions for the room and security. Imagine getting the same kind helpful assistance in the morning before leaving for my family’s holiday's celebrations, and again upon returning later that night! ”
