We are located in upscale and trendy Marda Loop! What`s more, we are a 3 minute drive (if that) to tendy 17th Avenue SW for all your culinary and shopping needs!

We offer a detached garage and there is also street parking. There is a park at the end of the street, making this the perfect place for families. Being centrally located, we are minutes away from downtown, 17th Avenue SW, the Marda Loop Shopping, and much more!

-Quiet time after 10PM (this is a residential neighbourhood), there is a Minut noise monitoring device, which will alert the hosts should noise levels exceed 85db after 10PM

The property was exceptional. Comfortable, well designed, beautiful furniture and a garage for the cars. The kitchen was well stocked with cooling/serving items and the beds were super comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

The Anna was perfect for our party of five. Extremely clean and well-appointed, we especially enjoyed the sunny afternoon on the back patio and the BBQ’ed meal we were able to prepare. It was super helpful to have great instructions from the host and to have labels on switches, etc. The complementary bottle of wine and coffee pods were a really nice touch. The host was extraordinarily communicative, responding to my messages within minutes! Highly recommend this accommodation.

Beautiful, well-equipped and spacious house!

Sean was easy to deal with, excellent communication and made sure everything was clear and any questions were answered. The place was perfect - clean, spacious and had everything we needed in it. Located in what seems to be a growing area, and close to pretty much everywhere. The only challenge was figuring out how to work the showers but after a couple of minutes that was solved and no issues at all during our stay. Would highly recommend reserving with Sean and hope to stay here again on a future visit!

Wonderful Stay!

The Anna is a gorgeous property! Our loveliest VRBO rental to date! Incredibly spacious, immaculate, every detail attended to. Sean is an excellent host. Location was on a lovely quiet street with ample parking and not far from the vibrant Marda Loop area. If ever back in Calgary again, we would certainly stay here again!

We spent a week and we were very happy with every aspect of our visit. Sean was the perfect host. He replied to questions and reached out to make sure all was good and asked if we needed anything. The house was clean and beds comfortable. I will be happy to come back again.
