“Staff wasn’t friendly. Both the afternoon staff and the gentleman that was there when we checked out. When I inquired about a pet free room because of my severe dander allergy, I was told it gets cleaned so it should be fine. The room was humid and sticky when we got in there but turning up the AC helped with that. The bathroom was dirty, the door and ceiling were dirty, and there was old food in the corner of the room. The pool was down for maintenance so we couldn’t even use the one amenity we……

“The bathroom was not cleaned with an attention to detail when I arrived Saturday. Shower walls had hair which needed to be rinsed away. Caulking in shower floor and overall flooring needed a spring cleaning, not a swish and swipe.”

“Four of us ladies stayed in a double bed suite with pull out sofa bed. Plan was to go to a concert at Riverbend. Concert was canceled but we managed to go out to eat a mile up the road from the hotel then went to the Ludlow B Yaught Club and lyfted back to the hotel. Hotel was conveniently located for us to shift our plans and still have a good time using local places for entertainment. Hotel is clean, staff is nice. The room was huge!! Two sink areas, refrigerator, plenty of places to put all……

“We have stayed here before, there was a notice of the water being shut off in the morning, from 10 am -to 5pm, it was well advertised at check in. However it was cancelled and I would not have known if I didn’t ask . Should have relayed that info to guests. Overall nice stay”

“Room was clean. Bus stop directly in front of hotel to the stadium. Breakfast was good. Overall a nice place to stay.”

“Our stay was ok. It was hot in the hotel and the paperwork on the desk in our room stated we could order room service until 9pm however when we decided to so we were told that was no longer offered. Disappointed. Seemed outdated and dark to me. Not sure I would recommend.”
