"Check in/out with Flexipass was a great bonus. Hotel pre-warned they were under renovation so no surprises. Only thing that would have helped would be to have conveniently placed ac outlets with usb/usc plug capability. Room was clean. Shower was hot. Room was quiet. A lovely break away. "

"A lovely room, walkable to downtown Banff dining/shopping area. the complimentary Roam bus pass was well utilized! Room temperature was a bit warm & could be worked on."

"Excellent customer service and decor/ theme throughout the hotel. Microwave, fridge and kettle in the room with alternative milks e.g. oat available. Vending machine for convenience, as well as coffee shop, bar and in house restaurant. Complimentary bus pass from right outside to the Main Street shopping area. Great bathroom, including shower pressure. Literally the only negative was the very solid, uncomfortable pillows!"

"Such a beautiful place, the roam transit stop is right outside of the property. The stairs were fine for us but could be a hazard for anyone mobility impaired."
