“Staffs were super friendly and helpful!”

“The place is dated and some areas like steps are in dire need of repair, however, what impressed us were the staff as they would go out of their way to really accommodate our needs. Service is top notch. Our families enjoyed swimming in the pools while my besties and I get to have our quality time catching up to news.”

Since we travelled as a family, they allowed us to do an advance order of food in their resto while our kids were swimming in the pool. We showered and changed, and they sent someone in our room to let us know that our order was ready and gave us the option for room service or if we want to dine in their restaurant. “It was quite good hotel experience. Attitude of reception and staff were very kindly. The minor issue with soundproofing was a bit of downside. Wi-Fi connection was too strong and comfortable.”

“ staff hmmm lack of explanation in room number, after checking in our room was 1213, we go elavator then it’s only up to 7th flr only, luckily there’s a hotel staff nearby & I ask where’s 1213 he said it’s 2nd flr & I ask the hire staff how do u read this? he said it’s 1213 & he agreed with me that it’s supposed to be 12th flr then he lead us to the room in 2nd flr”
