“Incredibly clean, the beds were super comfortable and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. My favourite was probably the fruit and muesli youghurt bowl. Yum yum! And the balcony dining area was simply spectacular. The staff was very helpful with questions and I just simply have nothing bad to say over all! Highly recommend. To be noted that while there’s no AC, the coolers were more than enough!”

“I had to call reception an hour and a half after check in to find out where my luggage was? The room was so small with no ventilation or air conditioning so we had to open the windows even though there were stickers on them advising us not to, we know now why that is the case as we are covered in bites! I could not even have a drink of tea in my room or my wife coffee as I asked for milk to be placed in room but it seems room service is not available for my standard of room. The towels were only……

“Was a lovely place to stay, however we weren't aware that the hotel was not staffed after 1 pm on a Monday, also the restaurant was closed on Monday but they did suggest recommendations. The only other small but strange thing was the mini bar was communal in the outer Hall. Although we were self check in on the Monday, the staff we saw on the Tuesday were very helpful”

“My husband, 20 year old daughter and I were pleasantly surprised with these accommodations. When we opened the door to our room, the blast of cool air from the air conditioning was so welcome after having many days of sweltering hot and humid days without any AC. Then we turned the corner and our jaws dropped from the views from all windows. What a paradise!!! They had the sofa bed all made up for our daughter and the Swiss chocolates they had left out for us were a luxury. We all slept……

“Would have liked to have a microwave in the kitchen..Hanging lights in bedrooms did not work so very difficult to see,& downstairs shower did not work properly. The view from this property was incredible & very peaceful setting.The owners were very friendly & nice. I would suggest the price of the gondola be included in the daily rate. Since we went on daily excursions it got pretty pricy for 7day round trips per person to reach our accommodations. All said we all enjoyed our stay at a beautiful……
