"Only thing bad I have to say is that the ice machines are too far away from my room. I had to walk a long hallway and then another half hallway and it was just too far. I believe it should be close to elevators or midway in hallway. Great Job!! To Dominic the bartender and the night cook who went out of his way to may a flatbread pizza for my sister in law. Dominic was very friendly guy to talk too. But very busy after concerts. God bless his soul he was extremely busy that night after concert. We will stay there again in the future!! Great location for downtown . Just loved it !!"

"Comfortable beds, good breakfast with waffle making and omelette/scrambled eggs with potatoes. 18 mins walk from Hollywood Boulevard. Area around felt relatively safe even at 1am"

"This hotel is beautifully historic in so many amazing ways. And felt like it was historic but in a clean and upgraded way that still felt somewhat modern. The pool and cabana area felt like you were somewhere else entirely from the hustle and bustle of Main Street Hollywood Blvd. We were upgraded to a balcony cabana room which was beautiful! Great amenities and enjoyed coffee on the balcony every morning. Friday night was a bit rough with the party at the pool but it runs between 8-12. Maybe consider that room if you need quiet or have a young family. As a couple it didn’t bother us. The hotel is in a grungy area of Hollywood. Close to the Chinese theatre, Dolby theatre, Dodgers Stadium,Universl Studios, Hollywood bowl and B train line which made getting around easy. Anything else was a shortish Uber away. But if going to the Forum,Sofi stadium or Rose Bowl this hotel is far and was costly to get too and from with Ride shares. "
