"The room was clean and onsite parking was available. The elevator was very helpful ... and the view of the lake from the elevator as it goes up/down was delightful! The views from the rooms are excellent (though rooms with 01 in the number have limited views) and the location of the inn is very convenient. However, the property is undergoing renovations right now and the noise from this did negatively impact our stay, as did the loud sound of wind coming through the door (apparently that is just part of being at this location). We would definitely stay there again, but just know that right now significant renovations are going on. I imagine they hope to have the renovations done before the true season starts (we were there in early March)."

"Room view over Taylor's Creek was breath-taking. Watched 3 wild horses grazing on Carrot Island from our balcony for several hours."

"My first room had a very strong smell. I was given a second room that was clean and spacious, the bathroom was large and toiletries were nice. The hotel has a restaurant with water views, morning coffee is complimentary. Bring your water to drink as they don’t provide complimentary water and each bottle in your room is $8 plus tax. They offer self parking near the hotel or valet for $15 plus tax per night which is very reasonable. They have a pool and exercise room as well. Lovely views from the main building. "

"Staff were very helpful and friendly. But the facility is the worst. Our door wouldn't shut without us slamming it. And then we got stuck in our room and had to call for help to get out. It's a death trap, at least our room was. "
