"I think they were just having a bad night--their computers were down so there was a long wait to check in and it was very late at night already. then when given a key, the room was already occupied! they had to send someone around to manually check rooms to see what was still available. then we were not given room keys. All things considered, the staff remained calm and professional, which was much appreciated."

"Everyone's great -- I want to particularly give a shoutout to the staff who manages the breakfast. I wish I got her name -- she's super friendly, so helpful, her smile never -- I felt like I was in her kitchen at home. Front desk staff are nice, the room is clean and well-maintained, the hotel overall is great. The only negative feedback I have is that the detergent used caused an allergic reaction on my face and neck (so it's probably the pillowcases). My face immediately became itchy and red the first night. I got Benadryl, so that helped. Otherwise, our experience was great."

"Room service was Good. Location close to the Airport. However, Internet Wifi very slow and TV reception was very fuzzy. "

"The room definitely needs updating. The bathroom tub was dirty and rusty. No towels wash cloths or tissue in room upon check in. One of the slides was not working. Food was not the best and extremely overpriced. Water park felt overcrowded and half the games in the arcade were either broken or not working at all. The staff was extremely nice and friendly except the young man at the store he wasn't very talkative or helpful definitely got the sense he didn't want to be there. The elevator closest to our room was broken and the one by the waterpark broke down also, using the stairs several times while pregnant was a bit much."
