"Check in was smooth and easy, we had the code the day before sent to us so we were ready to go. All the host asked was for us to let them know when we left. The house was very clean and the furnishings were cute and comfortable. The sheets smelled really clean like they’d just been washed. "Fine property but several inconveniences. Upstairs shower is very small, not usable for any adult or teenager, so expect to only have one shower. Additionally main shower head is damaged and has a significant leak out the bottom of the head. No kitchen trash bags or paper towels were provided so we had to go buy some. It allowed the kids space to spread out and relax after a long drive to Carlsbad, as well as after some long days visiting both Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe Mtns NPs. "The property was exactly as advertised and was clean and easy to access. Not a lot of outdoor area but close to several parks/playgrounds so worked great. We stayed here several nights as we visited Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe Mountains National Park - we were close enough to visit those easily and in an area where we had easy access to anything we needed. House was clean and everything about check in and out were easy!"
