“Breakfast was great; enjoyed the atmosphere a lot!”

“The room was clean was about the best of it. Reservation was made knowing that there were 3 people coming and there was no bedding provided for the other bed. When we checked in there was a sign on the front desk saying they were helping another person but after sitting in the lobby for 15 minutes I rang the bell on the desk and the front desk person came out from a door behind the desk that was an office. Every time we needed to get something from the front desk that sign was there and the……

“First of all, the ambiance is great for its price. The breakfast is decent, though there aren’t many options. As for the amenities, the pool was not very inviting—it looked like the flooring had old moss, which made it unappealing to use. Regarding the service, I understand it was a weekend and requests may take longer. However, we stayed for two nights, and before heading out, I requested that the bed be made and the towels be replaced, but this was never done.”

“Rooms were missing furniture and missing tv remote , garbage can, ice bucket and towels. The spell of POT was always in the hallways.”

“Great Hotel! They are undergoing a refresh but only have the 1st floor left. Our room was already redone and what a great room! Awesome staff, great breakfast, great location. Will stay here again and again!”

“Jacob and Richard and Ed were the only staff that were friendly and courteous. Our check-in was horrific. Upon checking in we were told that one of our rooms was not available as housekeeping left without cleaning it, it was 3:30pn. We called the day before to inquire about pool and hot tub as there were issues in past. We were assured they were operating. Hot tub was broken entire stay and pool was open for a half day only then closed sign was put up. We were told we would be contacted……

“Breakfast was typical hotel buffet with poor nutritional choices ( cold cereal, biscuits or cake muffins, waffles, tiny flavored yogurt cups) with scrambled eggs and sausage patties.”

“Property was nice. Price being (way) jacked up because there were events going on in the city is never cool. ”

“The family that was running the hotel was just lovely and pleasant. They are so kind and helpful. Their little boy is precious too!! The room was very clean. I didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that.”

“We chose this hotel for the swimming pool. Was a terrible choice as the pool was so freezing my kids didn't want to be in it. The hot tub barely warm at all as well. Was extremely disappointed in having to pay nearly $200 for one night and be able to enjoy a pool.”
