Includes private porch with swinging chair to watch the world go by! This historic structure was formerly The Beauty Rest boarding house and has a rich history dating back to the early 1900's. King size memory foam Bed plus two sofa beds will sleep up to 5. Ice cold AC ensures a great night of sleep! Guests will have everything they need for a comfortable stay. 5 minute drive to Carrabelle beach, and 2 blocks to restaurants, bars and waterfront. EV charging directly across the street. We enjoyed our stay although there was a lot of traffic noise. A tv in the living room would have been better for us. There was a lack of a place to hang clothes. Overall we could recommend this place to stay.

The owner was so kind and gracious. We reserved the stay for our father so he could escape Hurricane Milton. We were so grateful for his understanding of our last minute reservation and so accommodating of our pets.

Top Notch

I was very pleased with this rental. I was able to come to town and visit with my sisters and family in Apalachicola for a couple days. The unit, was so cute, and VERY clean. It had a mini fridge, stocked with water, coffee maker, with coffee provided, and some snacks. The bathroom was nice, with nice towels, even a dark cloth for make-up. (us make up wearers appreciate that). It has a window AC unit, that kept me very cool, internet and nice size TV. It was located just a couple blocks from places to eat and the bay. I am so glad that I came across it and will rent again in the future. Thanks Jason, for a wondeful place to stay!
