When you get to the property you have to call someone via telephone. I waited a while for someone to get there. Besides the wait, the guy that helped me out was not nice. I had a question for him and sighed. I understand it’s late at night but customer service is very important for me. When, we get to the room, it’s dusty, smells like cigarettes, it was not clean. I didn’t feel safe there.
