We changed down to a regular room, which was lovely, but couldn't get a refund because we prepaid. It was a beautiful historic place and the small plunge pool was refreshing. “I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming hotel in the heart of La Riola, and I can’t recommend it enough! The location is perfect, allowing easy access to all the nearby wineries. Waking up each morning was a delight, serenaded by the enchanting songs of the Koo Koo owl, complemented by the gentle sounds of church bells ringing in the distance. “Hotel Pura Vida was a beautiful hotel nestled into a beautiful village in the middle of La Rioja. The staff were super friendly and lovely towards our 7 month old son. There is a garden out the back with lovely dappled sunlight and views over the village. We would definitely stay here again, if we ever return to the area. Thanks so much for a lovely stay.”

“Haro was one of our favorite places we visited in Spain. Fun little town with lots of energy. Great restaurants all within walking distance from the hotel. Victor was very helpful and made us dinner reservations - at great restaurants too! Room and bathroom were VERY comfortable. Best bed and pillows I have ever slept on. Great shower too! There are two negatives I will share, but they would NOT keep me from staying here. I would come back in a minute! The free parking is quite far from……
