The hotel was okay for our short stay. But not worth the money they charged. There were a lot of questionable individuals coming in/out of the property as well as nearby. But my biggest complaint was with the staff at the front desk this morning 10Oct2026 at approximately 10:30am.
I mentioned our stay had been fine for the most part, except for our final night (when those above us made major noise all night long and also since the previous night also our shower would not drain. I mentioned these items and asked if they could compensate or accommodate for the issues and lack of sleep caused by noise the night before. He asked, "Did I report it." I said, "No. As i felt unsafe making a noise complaint with such questionable individuals coming in/out of the property. As they likely would know who reported fhem for noise." The individual simple shrugged me off showing zero concern or empathy. And said, "I can't do anything since you didn't report it." There was no acknowledgement as to why I didn't report the issue, etc. I would not advise anyone to stay here. And especially if you have children.
