The hotel was clean and the staff polite and helpful. The hotel was ideally situated for Fisherman's Wharf and had great transport links to other areas of San Francisco.

Horrible service for myself and the couple we traveled with. Prepaid for parking, valet was full, had to park 2 blocks away, not a big deal but annoying. The issue was the staff refused to refund me for the prepaid parking. I was simply told we cannot do it. They refunded something else that was half the price of the parking which was ridiculous. I’m hauling all my stuff through downtown on the sidewalk instead of pulling up and having my luggage handled like I paid for. All that would have been ok but you don’t refund me for the parking I didn’t even use?? That was ridiculous. 0 stars, will never stay again. This is an expensive hotel, you would expect the level of service to match.

Beautiful lounge area by the pool, full kitchen with plates and silverware, full size fridge, stove and microwave. Separate bedroom from living area. Close to freeway, gas station and shopping center.
