“Excellent all great ”

“We treated ourselves to a stay at Summer Lodge to cebrate our Wedding Anniversary. We were greeted by friendly, professional and attentive staff. Our room was spotless and included two welcoming cocktails - much appreciated. Before dinner, we went for a swim in the hotel's pool and used their jacuzzi - an excellent facility which was even more enjoyable as we had the pool to ourselves! Dinner was superb and reflected the chef's high standards. Summer Lodge is not cheap but you are paying for……

“We were made very welcome by John and hadall we needed for a very comfortable stay with our two dogs. There were lots of little touches that added to our good experience-including welcome bags for each dog and more than adequate continental breakfast. We would highly recommend a d stay again. “A very charming and remodelled village hotel with an excellent restaurant - locals and travelers alike are welcome. Chef creates new dishes depending the daily food availability - mostly local - organic and fresh. Room was very nice, clean and had a new wonderful bathroom with walk in shower. Breakfast made to order plus smaller buffet for yoghurt, juices, cereals. We would come back anytime.”
