“We treated ourselves to a stay at Summer Lodge to cebrate our Wedding Anniversary. We were greeted by friendly, professional and attentive staff. Our room was spotless and included two welcoming cocktails - much appreciated. Before dinner, we went for a swim in the hotel's pool and used their jacuzzi - an excellent facility which was even more enjoyable as we had the pool to ourselves! “We were made very welcome by John and hadall we needed for a very comfortable stay with our two dogs. There were lots of little touches that added to our good experience-including welcome bags for each dog and more than adequate continental breakfast. We would highly recommend a d stay again. “A very charming and remodelled village hotel with an excellent restaurant - locals and travelers alike are welcome. Chef creates new dishes depending the daily food availability - mostly local - organic and fresh. Room was very nice, clean and had a new wonderful bathroom with walk in shower. Breakfast made to order plus smaller buffet for yoghurt, juices, cereals. We would come back anytime.”
