“AmericInn Mountain Home, Arkansas is a very nice motel. Built in 2023, our room was good as new, clean and everything worked perfectly. Comfortable beds. We had a room on the second floor (there is an elevator). There is no ice machine on 2nd floor, but there IS a nice reading nook with books and a chair where the ice machine would have been. I reckin an old okie aint sereebril enuff to need a nook, but I twernt goin on the elevator in my skivy pj's to cool my Mtn Hm dew. Anyhow, this place is……

“The room was clean, the property could use some updates, the door to our room had to be slammed to close, but otherwise we would stay again for a quick one night trip.”

“The rooms and staff were great! The heated poop wasn’t working though. The water was cold. Other than that we had an amazing stay”

“The pet fee was not listed online. The hot tub was not hot and was dirty/gritty. Fresh towels were just laid on the floor outside of the rooms. The only bright spot was Cody, the night clerk. He did a great job in spite of the amenities shortcomings.”

“Toilet was plugged, staff offered me a plunger, fixed the next day but room was not cleaned. No Creamer or sweetener for coffee. AC had some noise. The breakfast was limited, omelets were fair, milk was tasteless and of poor quality limited yogurt options. Elevators worked some of the time. The check in manager was pleasant. I stayed at this property last year and was pleased however after this years fiasco I will not be back and will not use use this chain again.”

“There was ample parking, easy walk to Casey’s in the morning to grab coffee/breakfast. What’s provided wasn’t great. It was clean and had the basics, no frills but you’re not paying for anything more than the basics. I’d stay here again for the price.”

“Temperature control was ok. Jacuzzi was actually pretty good but the wood on the steps and floor are failing due to water--doesn't look too safe. Needs to be replaced with vinyl planking--would make it easier to clean and more sanitary. The bathroom was terrible--needs repairs and redo--caulking, tile, controls, etc. Very bad. The room in general was poor--needs walls repaired and painted, electrical outlets replaced (the one by the window actually has a wire coming from UNDER the outlet……
