“We stayed at this hotel for 8 days in April. Upon arrival, Oriana (I hope I got the name correct) greeted us with a warm smile, and Carmelo, the hotel manager, ensured a smooth check-in, personally guiding us to our room. Things We Loved: The property grounds were beautifully maintained, and the outdoor space was, by far, the best feature of the hotel. It was a peaceful and enjoyable area to relax. “Die Anlage und der Poolbereich sind wirklich wunderschön und die Zimmer gross und sehr geräumig. Die Mitarbeitenden am Empfang oder beim Frühstück waren sehr herzlich. Leider war unser Geschirrspüler defekt, so dass mehrfach Handwerker in unserem Zimmer waren, ohne dass sich etwas verbessert hat. Dadurch mussten wir das Geschirr mehrfach von Hand sowie den nassen Boden reinigen. Am letzten Tag standen dann noch 3 Handwerker mit schmutzigen Schuhen und ohne Voranmeldung in unserem Zimmer.
