"Staff was friendly and mostly helpful if you know where to find the appropriate staff. I found that a bit bothersome. I like that they have valet parking for $75. The room was clean although the bathroom was really small and the bed wasn't properly made. I woke up sleeping directly on the mattress. There is a restaurant in the hotel and although it was great, it was not worth the price we paid. The waitress was amazing. You can have your restaurant bill charged to your room for convenience. I booked there for the location near Toronto Western hospital and enjoyed a quiet relaxing stay."

"Room was immaculate, beds and bedding were supremely comfortable, basic toiletries provided. However, we had to wait 30 minutes past check-in time for a room to be ready, at which time we had to re approach the front desk to inquire and were then provided with an alternate room that was ready. There was no proactive attempt to provide us with a room that was ready at check-in despite the fact that we were waiting in the lobby and had completed the front desk check-in process. We were unable to take advantage of the free breakfast. After waiting 10 minutes for an elevator we tried the stairs, but the restaurant floor stair access was employee only. Overall a good stay and convenient location with a couple of hiccups."

"The room was very clean and well maintained. Kitchen had everything required with a very good fridge and freezer, these were particularly helpful in the very warm temperatures experienced in Toronto in June. Staff were all exceptionally approachable, knowledgeable and helpful. The hotel is in a very good location for restaurants, cafes and public transport. The only slight downside is that guests are not permitted to use the balconies leading from the rooms, which was frustrating during a period of such nice weather."
