“Good stat no complaints”

“Great staff, room was nicely renovated, but there was a funky smell, and temperature was 90° F inside, staff management came to work on air conditioner, it wouldn't run at first, and then they got it to work, took about 3 hours to cool down to a comfortable sleeping temperature. The main reason we rate it 2/5 stars is my husband had to get rid of 12 cockroaches from the wall, ceiling, and around the bed. There was a pile of gunk behind the bed underneath as well. He grabbed with a plastic bag……
