"I loved my stay! The only thing that I didn’t like was my room was by the elevator and people were very loud at night! Other than that the room was very nice bed was comfy! I really enjoyed the soft robes and the view was nice! Would definitely book again and request a different area for my room! "

"We like historic hotels and we know what to expect when we book one. The bathroom is small floors can be a little creaky. Nevertheless, we enjoyed how our room was theme furnished and all the artwork involved. We had trouble with the television, but the woman at the desk was able to fix it quickly. The staff was fantastic. "

"need to increase your parking lot to support all guest where you don't have to park on another companies lot to park for the night. The bedroom tv was mounted to low and can't pivot to the lounge or to the bed it's stuck in one spot. For the money we paid for one night i expected it to be in better condition then it was. "

"The new ownership and remodel really help. It was a good stay, overall. The pool was in good shape. The only thing i didn't like was smelling the cooking of other residents. The smells travel through into my room...plus i heard dogs barking in the next room. However, the management moved me to another room. i was extremely grateful, thank you!"

Great potential, needs a little improvement

"Hotel was Nice but there were some things lacking. For example the room had a kitchen but there were no towels or paper towels to dry your hands in the kitchen and only two cups in the room.bar needs to be open later at night; 10:00 p.m. is really early especially if you're visiting and going to events in the evening. Service at the restaurant bar needs improvement it wasn't busy and we had issues. I also did not get the room that was shown on my order view was supposed to be the river and it was not. "
