“Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.”

“We stayed at this hotel for one night as a family of four. The staff kindly arranged two connecting rooms so that our family could stay together comfortably. There was a door between the rooms, which made it very convenient for us. Although the hotel is located a bit away from the main tourist area and transportation was slightly inconvenient, the hotel staff were very helpful and gave us clear instructions on how to use public transport, so getting around was not a problem.
