Private Lakefront 4-bedroom vacation with two home's on Lake Champlain

10/10 Excellent

"Michael is an excellent host, very welcoming and friendly all our questions were answered quickly. Beautiful property and spacious for the two us and our pup. We only use the main bedroom and the bed was very comfortable. The views from the main bedroom waking up to the lake are amazing.. We loved the large spacious shower. The kitchen has beautiful appliances. Nice gas range and my wife loved the espresso machine. Kitchen has every thing you will need and more. Beautifully manicure yard plenty of space to spread out and relax. We love the fire pit looking out towards the lake at night. The hot tub was very relaxing. The house offers beautiful sunrises on King Bay. Overall great time."

"Right on lake Champlain. Room clean but a bit shabby. Room ac small and noisy. Toilet slow leak around base. Toliet seat slides underneath you. But, it was a pleasant night and location wonderful. Would nit hesitate staying again I n."

"I called ahead to ask about the pool and hot tub it's the main reason we were staying there I was told the pool was warm enough. It was ice cold and filthy icky green stuff all over the sides of the pool I was soo disappointed. The hot tub wasn't warm when we got there but it did get better later. The staff was excellent no complaints about them. The room was nice and the bed was great"

"Loved the breakfast. Nice variety and stocked well. Room was impeccably clean. I assumed that it would be a daily once over but not so. Apparently only every other day which is fine but it would have been nice to be told upon checking in. Also neglected to inform us time breakfast is available and or other amenities."

"Ce qui m'a déplu, nous avions demandé une chambre au premier plancher car ma mère a de la difficulté à marcher et encore plus monter des marches et lors de l'enregistrement l'homme m'a dit que ce n'était pas possible car nous avions réservé avec Expedia, pourtant nous l'avions mentionné."
