“Nice stay! We were up in the attic room with the skylights. We were a little disappointed we couldn't control the AC temp, but there were fans in the room. Also, the host does not make breakfast during the week, but the kitchen is stocked and you can make your own. She was very friendly. Nice little town. Most things are closed during the week.”

“Our host, Yvette, was very welcoming and kind. The shower was amazing, the breakfast was unbelievably delicious and they had chickens! Yvette even offered to let us take home the extra homemade cinnamon rolls, my kids really enjoyed them. Everything about our stay was perfect.”

“I found a bug in the bathroom in my room, so I was very paranoid after that. The hotel is not kept up very well and is not the cleanest, but it is acceptable for an inexpensive hotel. The phone isn't always answered which is a little irritating. I wish they had bagels as breakfast is limited. If you stay more than one night, your room isn't always cleaned or resupplied. I like the price and the location as it is close to Mayo. It is nice to have Famous Daves right next door. The coffee……

“Great non commercial place. Friendly staff. This is an older hotel/motel but it is well kept and maintained. Room was very clean. Almost felt like being at home. Can’t say enough how much I enjoyed staying there. Highly recommend.”

“Great water park for the kids. More supervision of the water slide, parents were letting 3-4 kids go down together. Too many hang out at the bottom and then complain when they get hit by kids coming down. Great breakfast”

“Great location. Close to the park, bars, restaurants, and a gas station. World class trout fishing within minutes. Covered deck is a game changer on a rainy afternoon. We will be back every year! ”
