“The room was large and clean to begin with. When we book several months in advance we pick hotels specifically with a pool and a hot breakfast. When we arrived we were not told any of the following information. One, the pool was closed for service. We found out, after going to the pool, that is was closed. We learning that this pool closure is scheduled annually around this time and we should have but were not notified that is amenity was not going to be included. Second, we found that the……

“Our host was very responsive. Check-in was clear and the host turned the lights on since we were arriving so late. Everything was neat and clean. We will stay again when we visit the area again. ”

“The charm of this historic cottage cannot be denied, and the commitment to preservation is commendable. Melissa was responsive as a host. There was a lot of space around the cottage that made it feel private, and a small space fenced in for our dogs. A few things that would have made our stay even better: cleaner cooking pots; real coffee mugs; better instructions for things like the outside light, and space heaters.
