"The property was conveniently located near plenty of dining options and the staff were very friendly and professional. They also have a really cool rooftop bar/restaurant. The only con was that the pool is permanently closed. "

"Didn't like the fact i paid 100 us over 4 days for parking. The hotel should comp it. The lot is attached to the hotel but isnt affiliated with Marriott. 24 USD for a 2 hour parking is ridiculous and overpriced. Otherwise, the Marriott Downtown Richmond was awesome. Super friendly staff and Lucia is a great cleaning lady, super nice and a great worker."

"The hotel was a pleasant surprise on our road trip. Right off the interstate, clean. Desk staff wasn’t the friendliest but was efficient. The breakfast lady was attentive and kept everything full and fresh. The continental breakfast was quite nice. Room was clean. Pool area was run down and hot tub was out of service but we would book again for sure. All in all a good deal. "
