“very bad service.the hotel staff totally forget to give us receipt when we check out , after we back to back to Asia , we tried to phoned them many times but didn't get any document by far. even worse , the reception lady name-Kelly hung up the call , and not listening to our request and complain , i won't choose such hotel again !!!”

“The network has been disconnected，我订的一张大床只有1.5。而且只有靠近电梯，The staff told me that all gueen rooms are close to the elevator, and changing rooms is also on other floors close to the elevator. My reservation is non-refundable. So no refund.”

“Came with my husband and his band for some shows they had booked in New York. Bedrooms are all upstairs, just so you know, but the beds and atmosphere itself is so cozy! Host was super nice and responded quickly when we needed something, but didn’t bother us at all unnecessarily. Easy check in/check out and we had pretty much everything we needed for our stay. So grateful! Will definitely stay again!”
