“We had a lovely stay in this quiet, comfortable one bedroom condo. It's very close to the Convention Center and a short walk from Capitol Hill. Good bus and train connections nearby allowed us not to have a car. We were only in town for three nights, so we didn't really cook much. But the kitchen seemed well stocked. Bed was comfortable. Communication with owner was excellent. We would stay here again if we were to be in Seattle.”

“There are a few things that I would encourage the host to consider changing for future visitors--The listing says "Onsite Parking", which led me to assume that there was a dedicated spot. This one was of the main reasons I went with this listing because parking in downtown Seattle is huge. However, the parking is actually street parking that is metered and open to all. I would change the listing or change the price of the condo; paying for parking and paying for the price of the condo is not……

“Communication was great, the location was very central to everything, the place was clean and they even left snacks! The only issue was how loud it is when anyone is moving around on the floor above. This is obviously not something the owners can control and the upstairs neighbors were not doing anything crazy, but every step they took make the floor creak and was extremely loud!”

“The Host seemed to do her job other than I explained to her and sent her pictures how dirty the place was and she just did not care.The location is great close to everything.Just really had a hard time getting over how dirty it was inside the unit.”
