“The staff was fabulous. They made my stay a 5-star experience. The property was exceptionally clean. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and included made to order items. I had the bad luck of going to San Pedro during one of the few times in which there were cloudy skies and rain. I was quite disappointed. Stargazing was the primary purpose of my trip. The staff was very helpful and suggested other activities for me. They showed genuine concern about making my trip……

“This property’s advertisement on line looks way better than the actual product. I am usually very generous and relaxed about my lodging so I am not very critical as long as I can have a decent place to stay. This property is the first and only one I have been really disappointed in. Secondly the property has an address of 147 Los Tamarugos . There’s no such number. It’s 149 Los Tamarugos . Thirdly, we arrived at 5pm on a week day, we rang the doorbell for more than 15 minutes while banging……

“Thank you Morrena Team, Denise and her team have given us a very warmth hospitality during our stay. The room is clean and comfortable. They provide lunch box and dinner service which is very convenient for us to do a day of Torres de Paine without hunger. We checked in late at almost 11pm due to lago grey excursion and got the tier problem. Denise gave us informative details for solving our problems next day. We had a pleasant stay in Morrena. Highly recommended for those who want to……
