The lounge Unfortunately, the nearby outmall mall is now closed despite Google's assurances to the contrary. We were not fans of the check in process either. Even our 22 y at old daughter took some time to figure it out. We were eventually lu ked to an off shore call center."

"The staff kindly held our luggage until check-in time, which was a nice convenience on a busy morning. The building is a little dated, but the room and bed was quite comfy. The location, in the heart of the Odori area and close to the subway and streetcar was perfect."

"The receptionist is very friendly and accommodating. They accidentally reserved a smoking room for us instead of a non smoking room and they were very honest that it was their mistake and very apologetic about it. They even offered to give us free breakfast vouchers"
