The manager and staff of this hotel were amazing. The front desk personnel are welcoming and happy to assist you with anything you might need plus their knowledge of the metropolitan area. My room was immaculately clean and the housekeeper asked me if I needed anything additional from her department every time I saw her. I needed nothing else because the room was so well equipped. The breakfast was delicious and the variety of selections could please any palate. Coffee and fruit are available all day long! When I am in the Cincinnati area again, the Hampton Inn in Blue Ash will be my home away from home.

All of the staff were VERY friendly and helpful! The room was immaculate and bed and pillows super comfy. The pool area was clean, water wasn't too cold, and we especially liked that they had music playing in there even though we went swimming late...Breakfast was good with a decent selection of options. All appliances were in working order. Very nice experience. We stayed here to go to King's Island and it's just a 15 minute drive.

Breakfast was great. For a Hampton Inn, I was a little disappointed with the room. It had a musty smell, the tub didn’t drain well, and the bed was uncomfortable. Plus, the ice machines didn’t work.

I didn't like that we had an adjoining room (guest not traveling with us) that kept us up all night. They were slamming doors, making noises, talking loud with TV playing 24/7. Later learned they were out of their home due to previous storms. Not blaming them for their circumstances but in a hotel you can't live like you're the only guests living there.
