“The room was really nice. Bed was lovely. Shower was okay but the thermostat on the radiator didn’t work so the rum is too hot at night to sleep.”

“Book the property primarily as a base for work - what a fantastic find. Parking for two vehicles, kitchen / diner immaculate, all well decorated and pristine. Every appliance , cutlery etc to hand , really warm and homely”

There was a reasonable selection of breakfast items. Unfortunately we ended up with an interconnecting room, so despite the hotel being advertised as having sound proof rooms, it really wasn’t. We could hear our next door neighbours chatting and they woke us when they returned home late. The pillows were really uncomfortable so we……

“Excellent staff. We were delayed by bad weather and arrived late, just as the chef told reception that he’d finished service. He immediately asked what we’d like to eat and prepared us a great dinner. The general manager and breakfast waitress were also very helpful and friendly. ”

If all Hotels had staff so nice every one would have no complaints . David and the receptionist staff brilliant and the lady in charge of the restaurant and breakfast room all staff First class .”

“We have just returned from a two day stay at Two Rivers, Chepstow. Our room was small but clean. The room was next to the entrance door and we experienced a lot of noise when the door opened and closed. My husband twice requested an extra pillow but it never materialised. We ate in the restaurant on both nights. The food was very nice but we had to chase the waitress for our desserts on both occasions. ”
