“Look accidents happen, but we had an accessible room and that wasn’t ready until check in. Once 4pm hit, it was a chaotic mess. The room they had for us was occupied when we opened the door: that was fun:. Then they gave us a non accessible room. But was a corner larger room. There was a lot going on at that hotel… large groups, weddings, etc. I’m sure the team was overwhelmed with all the accommodations, but still, you really made us wait till 4pm for a room that we didn’t get in the end. That……

“I didn’t like that their system was down for mobile check in but it was nice in all except for that. I am a bon voy member. Staff was amazing, bar good service. Room very clean but breakfast not went outside for a full breakfast at Crave.”

“Everything was amazing at the Aloft, my room was so nice, it walked out to the swimming pool with a nice balcony, sitting area. I really enjoyed how they had bags of ice prepackaged instead of those nasty ice machines were a big plus! Only thing that they didn’t have in the rooms was a microwave, but they still had access to one! A really great stay, definitely a 5 star! The staff was amazing as well.”
