“I stayed the week of 8/12, during my 6 day stay the room was not cleaned once. I stepped on glass in my room, we asked staff for our room to be cleaned and they said they would put us down to have the room cleaned the next day.It was not. At no point did we put the do not disturb sign up. They gave us a broom to sweep the carpet with in which we found more glass. The pool was filthy. I would not recommend staying here.”

“We reserved the hot tub room for after a concert we attended that night. All rooms in the Ann Arbor area were 400-500 a night or more so we chose this motel. We could not even use the hot tub. The water was a very dark color just as the tub was filling and before we even got in n the tub. We turned on the jets before getting in and all of this brown slime formed on the bubbles. “The room was very nice and the handicapped accessories built in were wonderful. Two cons: 1) The shower head was not the correct one. It did not have a hole in the bottom to fit on the bracket attached to the rod which allows you to move the head up and down. 2) We stayed two nights. After the first night we were gone most of the day and when we came back to the room there had been no housekeeping done. Bed not made, new towels not supplied, etc. This was quite disappointing.”
