Good for a one night stay. No breakfast and they require a $50 cash deposit which you get back when toy return the key. The family that runs the motel is very nice. More than two small pillows on the bed would have been nice.

The room was very clean. The owners were friendly and I got my cash deposit back with no problems. It would be nice to have a hair dryer in the room and bigger pillows. Overall, the room was a good value--especially compared to the cost of lodging near the Chattanooga area. The motel is also conveniently located close to several restaurants.

Good and basic and clean

Staff is very friendly and helpful. It's a very basic motel - but very clean with a comfortable bed and NO BUGS!! The shampoo/soap etc is given in small packs but it's sufficient. Only complaint is the noise - all night - but I'm not sure it's the motel's fault.

Bed was very comfy. Room was nice. The ick was that I had two different types of bugs crawl into the bed from the headboard area. Owner apologized when I told him. Also, I wish they would make it more PROMINENT on the listing that the $50 deposit has to be in CASH. I was caught off guard and had to find an ATM.

No frills, No BS, No problems

I made reservation. It was cheap. I showed up and paid the deposit. It was cheap. I showered and slept. It was clean and tidy. No frills, but I didn't want any. Got my 50 dollar depost back at checkout almost instantly. This is the perfect hotel to stay if you care only about price and cleanliness.

The staffs are really friendly and easygoing.The room was clean but it smells cigarette(cuz I am really sensitive to the smells).Instead 10 dollars pet fee I paid 17 dollars because of tax,no way the tax is 7 dollars of the 10 dollars pet fee,it was after I already paid the room fee online.Overalls,it’s all good,they are friendly,room is clean,surroundings environment is safe,walkable to restaurants and shops.gas station was just there cross the street.

I booked Royal Inn online and it was about $63 a night, least expensive room with decent reviews. I was not disappointed. No, it's not a luxury hotel but room was very clean, had a fridge and microwave. It does not have a coffee pot nor any breakfast foods but I knew this and had my mini Keurig and cups. There is a Waffle House close enough you can walk. The building and rooms are older but I was not disappointed once there. And I wasn't paying $150-$200 for the room. Royal Inn was a nice place to spend a night and rest before the rest of our trip home. Thank you Royal Inn.
