"The bar was ok clean and well attended, the restaurant was luxurious and the food was good. The room i stayed un smelled kinda mushy nothing horrible but smelled like pool water. Some receptionist at the front desk seemed to get paid to put a long face while they attended you. The pool had to be constantly cleaned due to the palm trees and dead bugs."

"The place is a perfect location (middle of everything), helpful staff, and nice rooms. I was just disappointed with the parking. Parking was an issue for the vehicle I was driving. My vehicle got scratched and hit; on the driver door and front corner that a sensor was broken. I noticed the next morning but what would they do since the car was gone, plus I had taken a picture of the vehicles that night from my room. Another issue was a rainy day that my partner slipped in front of the building, so careful when stepping out and the floor is wet. "

Urge que el gerente verifique el trabajo de las personas que limpian las habitaciones, la alfombra de los pasillos es vieja y huele demasiado a humedad, el buffete del restaurante la vdd ni vale lo que pagas, en general el hotel necesita una renovacion absoluta en todos los aspectos, su calificacion deberia ser 6 y estoy siendo generosa, el staff es muy amable pero eso no le gana a las malas instalaciones del….
