"From check in on it was a wonderful experience. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The property was very well maintained. The room was very clean."

"The hotel and the amenities were nice and the staff were nice as well. I loved the ambiance of the hotel and the location on the beach and to local spots in the area. The hotel room with the view was really nice and overall the stay was pleasant. My only concern was the condition of the bathroom. It was pretty outdated and not what was expected from the pictures. There was also an issue with hair on the walls of the bathtub and the tub drain slow to drain that was reported a few times. The assistant manager reported he would resolve the issue and adjust the cost of our stay, so I am hoping he keeps his word."

"There wasn’t anything I came across that needed immediate attention other than the commode tank was awfully warm the water intake was hot… I reported it, seems they may have had repair done and the hook up is wrong… they said they’d have someone come look but no one came… it wasn’t affecting our stay and I did report it. I am not going to chase that it was reported. That’s on them."

"Our room was very nice. The restaurant staff were friendly and breakfast was good. The overall property was not great. The pool was overrun by screaming children. Too few chairs for the number of guests. Surly staff. Simple requests were not filled. Room was not cleaned thoroughly. "

"First solo trip & would 10/10 recommend! It’s close & convenient to Lauderdale by the Sea. From valet being so friendly to front desk staff being friendly & kind to the restaurant staff being nice! I mean quite literally everything was so great to experience. They offer a lot of amenities at this resort (get the wristband) I was actually surprised. I loved my time in Pompano & will definitely be returning to Residence Inn for my stay. The only downside is the people staying in the room next to me were kind of loud/ignorant. I don’t fault the resort for rude guests - but it kind of seemed like the walls were paper thin at times 😅 overall great experience though!"

"Please call in advance if your flight arrives after 5pm. They will put your key in the lock box so you can get it. I arrived at 1am and assumed someone would be in the office and unfortunately had to get another hotel for the night .Other than that great location and nice pool."

"Two comments: 1- About the room, it was very comfortable and quiet during the night. Just one recommendation to keep improving. There were some dust behind the TV table, next to the 120V power split that connects a few devices(microwave, fridge and the TV ) 2- We (my wife and myself) were very well impressed with the front desk attendant's proactiveness during our check in. She followed us to the room to make sure that it had all the appliances and that they were working well. We made a quick check on everything and she went back to the front desk. Great job Mrs.(I don't have her name)."

"It was an overnight stay in Miami due to a missed connection. It was not close to the Miami airport but cheaper than the hotels nearby. It was a long Uber ride to get there and back"

"I didn’t even see a hot tub ain’t no hot water to take a shower and room wasn’t ready at four and lousy hors d’oeuvres when we checked in cheese and crackers"
