“The unit was great, all we expected and more! Communication with the host was not as great as expected. A text was sent a couple of weeks prior to our stay which had an incorrect address, so check in was a bit confusing. Parking was available but extra charge not disclosed. Asked in advance for baby bed, but had to wait for that to be delivered. Much of the information I sent on the front end of the transaction seems was not received by the host.”

“While the apartment was neat, it could have been cleaner and the linens most of all. There were make-up stains all over the towels and bed linens. I had to wash them and then they came out clean. The property manager, Henry, was attentive but it does not minimize that the stove had foul fumes due to a protective coating on the bottom of the stove, which have me a 2 day headache. The owner did not seem to care. We had to purchase our own towels and placed sweatshirts over the pillows to avoid……

“Great stay for multiple people”

“For the price, this was a great place to stay. We didn't have any problems. The reservation process was seamless. The check-in was quick and the staff was most accommodating when we asked for extra towels. I loved that the room was on the first floor and we did not have to deal with the elevators. The room was clean and a good size. The room is handicap accessible, but my 6'3" husband didn't have a problem with the shorter items in the room. We loved having the continental breakfast and access……
