“Tell me how I can book and pay for a night stay and it gets canceled 10 minutes before I get there? The front office staff was of no help at all and in fact very evasive of any questions. His only a full statement was ‘talk to Expedia’.. well in my talk with Expedia through AI and then begging for a real person was well check in is only until 4!
