College Point Chalets

nice hotel and clean

A secret GEM found in college point!! The front desk team was amazing, (Mr. Saed) was so accommodating so kind so professional, as well as the entire front desk surpassed my expectations And I would suggest staying here to anyone I know this would and is going to be my first choice to stay when having to come to the area hands-down!! Thank you Ly Hotel!!

Amazing

Excellent staff, very polite, accommodating and welcoming. Its minutes walk away from Times Square. Everything is near by. I love staying here. Always my go to hotel. Thanks

Great location would stay there again.

Great location and facility

Perfect. Hotel in New York and they also hold your bag for you. After you check out, I love that

I'm a regular at Pod 39 when I come to NYC by myself. It's very minimalist and if I was planning to spend more time in my room, I'd go elsewhere, but exactly what I need when I'm in the city to see shows and check out some exhibitions. Always clean and my room is always ready when I arrive (which has not been my experience at other NYC hotels).

Very new interior. A good deal compared with other hotels in the area. Nice midtown location. Nearby subway and bus. Nice little cafe inside hotel (and bar in late afternoon and evening. Rooms while not large are big enough and larger than many hotels.

Clean and great staff

I like booking this hotel cause convenience and walkable where I need to be,

Great location! Great restaurants nearby! Comfortable beds. It would have been nice though if a little birthday card or something was put in my room! Other than that you cannot go wrong staying here and I’m planning to again!

I would stay here again

The only problem I had was the staff complained when I brought Dunkin Donuts coffee from across the street into the lobby. I’m sorry but when I’m spending $4,000 for a trip I feel like I can get my coffee from anywhere I please They kept saying no outside food or drink

We received a warm welcome upon arrival and were checked in quickly. The rooms, though small, are smartly designed. Bulky luggage can be stowed on the roll-out shelf under the bed, and the bedside table has a slide-out shelf to accommodate your laptop. Even though you're in midtown, the hotel's updated windows help block annoying street noise. The funky design elements are amusing, and the overall cleanliness of this hotel is the cherry on top.

Nice bakery for breakfast.

We went during a super busy time and the staff was so welcoming and accommodating to our early check in and they held our bags after check out. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Will be staying again!

Water filling station in hallway was a first.

This is a well maintained property in a safe walkable part of Midtown East. I would def stay here again (I'm tri-state and travel to the city often). One note for non-tech folks, there are no room keys, it's all done on your phone through an app. I've stay at hotels where this was an option, but for this hotel it is the only option. This does allow you to set everything up before arrival (maybe after you have stayed a few times), having said that there was a staff member there to help me through...
