The only other issue is that it can be noisy on the lower floors with people walking in and out through doors on the ground floor that slam shut constantly and are very noisy. Management should install some hydraulic door closing devices to control that issue. Double glazing on the windows will……

Building entrance was clean and it was pretty quiet when we were there. Host is very easy to communicate with. Kitchen and close proximity to Wegmans for groceries could be helpful to some.
