“The hotel was in an ideal location, easy to walk to from the train station and in the right position for all amenities for shopping and entertainment. The apartment was clean and comfortable with all essential items needed. There’s plenty of places to eat and drink and there’s Tesco extra close by if you have forgotten anything. Enjoyed our stay very much and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.”

“Staff were incredibly nice and helpful, especially Fay (hopefully I've spelt her name correctly). Food is brilliant and the bar area is such a nice place sit. Only thing I would maybe say is the lighting in the restaurant is quite bright but that is being a bit pernickety. I would highly recommend staying there. I very much doubt you'll find better in the area. ”

“飯店環境優美，一切都好，不知道是飯店老了要整修還是怎麼樣，住宿的品質很差。我們住的房間外面的樓梯正在重新裝修，樓梯漆的味道都蔓延到房間裡頭，真不知道為甚麼可以認為可以把客人安排在這樣的房間裡頭？另外，更可怕的是，早上起床廁所的天花板開始漏水，有兩條水柱從上面嘩啦啦噴下來，一個還是在洗手台上方（有照片為證）！真的很不悅，希望飯店可以為我們的住宿品質打折而為作出補償。”
