"Room was very clean no problems with that but we were missing a do not disturb card. The food was okay could have been nicer or maybe a variety. Was disappointed at checkout that the bill had already been processed to Expedia when we wanted to divide the payments. There were some homeless people wandering around the property the first night. Made us a little insecure about our cars. Overall it was okay for the little time we spent."

Best Western Plus Peak Vista Inn & Suites

"The hotel was clean and had helpful staff. Location was close to restaurants & tourist attractions. The shower pressure & water temperature were great. Breakfast was good & had different options daily. The ladies attending it were very attentive, friendly, & made sure items stayed stocked at all times. Things to improve would be that the shower door handle was loose, hard to open, & door made loud noise when in use. The a/c unit had a rattling noise that we were able to solve,somewhat, with a piece of cardboard. The in-room Keurig was very dirty & could not be used. The ice machine was broken on the 4th floor during our 6 day stay. Lastly, our first night there, there were a few vehicles that had their side windows broken into & were vandalized. There are signs posted everywhere that they are not responsible. We made sure we emptied our vehicle every time we parked, but still made for some worry, less sleep at night, & made for a need to keep checking on it."

"The Hotel was very new and nice. The staff was very friendly and accomadating. We had a massage at Ascend which was the absolute best. We had dinner at Pamela’s, the Steak was perfect along with the delicious sides. We also had drinks at The Aviator on the top floor. The atmosphere was so fun and the views were spectacular. I highly reccomend Hotel Polaris. We will be going back!"
