“I stay there everytime we went to glenwood spring, the room and services always good. Just one thing wired since when hotel charged money for parking, but the front desk lady gave us water and snacks instead, fair enough.”

“Pros: It was a clean room, quiet, good price, low pretty fee, good charging plugs, decent toiletries, nice grass area with a fire pit and picnic tables and the staff was really nice. Cons: The bathroom fan didn't work, the bed was uncomfortable, there was very poor vanity lighting, the TV was snack and only 1 bedside table.”

“Horrible. Way over priced to begin with. Then when you arrive they Inform you it’s also an extra $10 to park in the parking lot. No where else to park so ya gotta pay. Very large gaps under the door allow bugs and dust to blow in. Place is surrounded by other hotels that cater to fentanyl zombies and crack heads. Will never return.”

“Breakfast was marginal. No cooked eggs or bacon. Cold biscuits with meh gravy. Ran out of half & half and 2% milk. Service area very hot. Paid to eat breakfast elsewhere 2nd morning. 70’s era motel basically. Not updated in very long time. Good access to golf course and hostess was nice enough. Not worth the $.”

“Our room had a great view. There are stairs to get to most of the rooms - first or second floors. The continental breakfast was very disappointing - cereal, bread, and fruit, with a few items that weren't properly cooled (yogurt, eggs, cream cheese). The location wasn't bad; it's at the edge pf downtown so it takes a few blocks to get to the heart of downtown, but doable for most.”

“I called and let them know I was going to be a late check and they were very helpful when my family I arrived unlike other places the staff is horrible when you are late but this staff was helpful and appreciated. The room was very clean and the bathroom was very clean as well and the fridge worked. I definitely will stay again on way through again next time”

“Room air conditioning was not good. But seems like ALL HOTELS are this way.”
