"Master bedroom tub had hair and soap scum in it. Bathroom sink drains very slowly. Hairdryer did not work. Exhaust fan very noisy. Bathroom rug is dirty and should be replaced. Window in adjoining suite has to be pushed closed from the outside. Mold in sauce pan in cupboard. Dogfood on the floor. No communication with the host after we booked the condo. "The Ritz is a great property and the location could not be better. The unit is nice and well appointed. However, it is advertised as having a washer dryer. If there is one it was in a locked closet. we intentionally underpacked assuming we would do a load or two while there. the other issue is the unit is directly below the club level lounge. we heard what sounded like stools dragging across the floor above beginning at 6:00 am. If you are an early riser no problem but i feel it should be stated...
