Perfect location with a lot of fun places to visit in the entertainment district across the street. Plenty of places to eat, drink and have fun. We enjoyed the close proximity to Barber Motorsports Park during Indy Car weekend. Had fun all day all night and woke up refreshed everyday. One of our group said he should buy it and move here. "

"Do you know the feeling that you love a property so much that you don't want to share? Thats how I feel about this property. It was clean, well organized, and well equipped for guests. The off street parking and yard were spacious. Our dog felt at home immediately. This is a great place for families. Kathleen, our host, was very responsive to questions. I give it a 15 out of 10."

"This place was perfect for what my family needed. Only a mile away from UAB, full kitchen and plenty of sleeping space. The host was very quick to respond and answer any questions I have. If you are needing a close stay to the hospital or even the airport (we drove over to Alpha Charlie to eat 3 times during our stay) then avoid the high cost of staying other places and enjoy the affordability of having quiet, comfort, and privacy. It was so very clean and cozy! The beds were comfy too. So...

"Nicely furnished, clean two bedroom place. Host responded quickly with any questions we had. Contacted us early on the weekend about a report of water leak in the building and wanted to make sure we had no issues. Cold filtered water in the fridge and ice in freezer. Kitchen was well stocked for any cooking needs. Coffee, sugar and creamer provided with a Keurig coffee pot. Internet access on the 3 televisions which was nice. Enjoyed our stay."
