Me quedé bien aquí, creo que es la mejor opción de Concepción. El personal es muy amable y les gusta ayudar a sus huéspedes. La comida en la noche es excelente, las habitaciones y sus camas muy cómodas. ¡Gracias!

Es un hotel cómodo en general, con almohadas maravillosas. Carta de restaurante acotada pero precisa. Desayunos variados y ricos. Considerar que el estacionamiento tiene un costo adicional, pero vale por la seguridad.

It could be better

Check In was at 3pm instead of 2pm, as most hotels in Chile use to. Paper bin in the bathroom was dirty when we arrive to the room. When you get a shower you'll spread a lot of water in the bathroom floor. Bathroom doesn't have an exhaust fan. Hotel doesn't have Room Service.
