“Fully equipped kitchen with everything and more. Day one woke up to deer in the woods with gorgeous view. Red Rocks venue close by and borrowed padded stadium chairs. More local trailheads 1, 2, 8 miles for excellent hikes minutes away than we could complete in our 5 day stay. Even went to downtown Denver in 30-45 min. ”

“We absolutely loved this property. Beautiful views of the mountains, completely updated, close to downtown Golden and a short drive to Red Rocks made our visit the best. Dean was a wonderful host who had great communication and made sure we were happy and comfortable before, during and after our stay. We will be back for future visits!!”

“We used this home at “home base” while visiting family in the area, so used mostly for sleep and working remotely. The main floor of the house was very pretty, comfortable, and contemporary. The beds, bedding, pillows, and towels were all very comfortable, like home! Great communication. Nice neighbors. Great location. Would stay again!”

“The good: quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds. Good appliances. Adequate cookware and dishes. Plenty of extra towels, bedding, and pillows. Comfortable furniture, very roomy. Good Wi-fi. Very simple to get to Ball Arena. The not so good: Parking is not good! Our party had 2 vehicles. There is a very small concrete pad to park on but the garbarge/recycle totes are in front of it so it's not easily accessible and it's not really even big enough for 1 vehicle let alone 2. Instructions say……
