Little Bit of Paradise

Travel over the river and through the woods to a little bit of vintage Colorado paradise! Located right off Highway 285, on the grounds of the Bailey Lodge and Riverdale Village in Bailey, Colorado is the Little Bit Lodge, with the Pike National Forest right in the backyard. Enjoy a quiet respite only an hour from Denver, in this one bedroom, one bath lodge. It can accommodate kids with two additional cots. It has a full kitchen to allow cooking or you can enjoy Bailey's restaurants just two miles down the road. The central location enables you to easily visit Conifer, Evergreen, Georgetown, Breckenridge, and Kenosha Pass to see fall colors. Bailey is a joy itself, a true unspoiled original mountain town. Nearby hiking, zipline, camping, and don't miss the beauty of Wellington Lake. Amenities at the lodge include outdoor community pool in the summertime, 11 acres to explore, playground, community BBQ and picnic gazebo, the Platte River, and a catch and release fishing pond. Enjoy this beautiful resort mountain environment as a quick getaway from the city for some rest and relaxation or an outdoor adventure. Or you can just sit on the porch and stare at the beautiful mountain scenery while listening to the river and smelling clean pine scented air. Gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Provide feedback about your stay in guest book. Wash your own dishes and put away. Put all trash in trash can and tie garbage bag shut. Gather towels and place in bathtub.
Put entertainment items/books/toys back as you found them. Turn off all lights and ceiling fan. Close windows. Close blinds in kitchen and living room. Turn off any kitchen appliances.
In winter leave the baseboard heat on to comfort level. Remote thermostat for gas fireplace should be set to 65 degrees on the smart setting when you leave. Leave keys on kitchen table. Lock door.

We had a great 2 night stay at the cabin near Bailey. Communication with Linda was great and the check in was super easy. It was well stocked, lots of fun decor and very peaceful. Nice and clean. We would definitely stay again.

Bailey Birthday Getaway

My son wanted to go to a cabin in the mountains for his birthday. We found Little Bit Lodge and it was beyond perfect! Lots of space and activities on the property for a kid to run around, close to the charming town of Bailey and nice hiking, and the house itself was cozy and comfortable. The house had everything we needed and more. The adults enjoyed relaxing in the mountains while the kids enjoyed freedom to expore and play.

Quick, peaceful stay

We loved this little cabin. The area was peaceful, the cabin was clean, and had everything we needed. My 7-month-old loved the catch-and-release pond and all of the geese. :) Would definitely stay again.

Home was better than expected as part of a small mountain side community with pool and areas to roam around. Very clean and many charms of a personal home. Linda was accommodating to our needs and much appreciated.

GREAT PLACE

This is a hidden gem. I will be back. It was a great place to have just a quiet little getaway (while skiing) But it is so clean and is just beautiful. Click on it....rent it...do it. You will love it.

Loved the cozy, comfortable cabin, within easy driving distance of beautiful aspen trees! My mom especially loved the gas fire. A neighbor helpfully told aby a nearby county road where I could park and get my daily walk in. Might consider adding aluminum foil, plastic wrap to your supplies,for leftovers, etc. Thanks!!

A Little Bit of Heaven.

The cabin was charming and delightful. It was well stocked with all the amenities and more! It was clean, comfortable, had good views of the mountains, and the location made it easy to visit numerous locations. I will definitely stay there again when I go back to Colorado.

Birthday getaway!

I decided I needed a getaway weekend with my daughters and to come see my best friend that lives in conifer and works at Craft Mt brewery for my birthday. This little cabin was perfect. Not to far from the brewery and her house and we were able to head down to Denver without to far of a drive. Super cute cabin the bed is amazing! This was perfect for the 3 of us. Thank you so much!!

Great little house in nice little village

Cutest Little Getaway

We loved staying at this cozy cottage. The location was beautiful and the cottage itself was adorable. It was very clean and organized. We loved that they had everything for cooking and cleaning. They also had a variety of games and things to do. The neighbors were all very friendly. One of our favorite things was having breakfast on their picnic table on the lake. Highly recommend.
